Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings dominated the box office when it hit theaters on Sept. 3. Starring Simu Liu, the film made history as the first Marvel movie with an Asian lead and it also set a new box office record for theater releases during Labor Day Weekend, grossing over $71 million between Sept. 3 and Sept. 5 in US theaters.

Now, fans will get another chance to experience the movie all over again when it hits Disney+ on Nov. 12, a day the studio is calling Disney+ Day. Disney CEO Bob Chapek announced the exciting news during the Goldman Sachs 30th Communacopia Conference on Sept. 21. "We'll be surprising people with offers and it will be an annual thing," Chapek said. "We're going to have new content release against one of our four key franchises."

The film follows martial artist Shang-Chi as he gets pulled back into the fold of the Ten Rings organization and confronts the legacy of his father and the organization's leader, Wenwu. It also stars Tony Leung, Awkwafina, Fala Chen, Meng'er Zhang, Florian Munteanu, Ronny Chieng, and Michelle Yeoh, and marks a major moment for APIA representation on screen.
