The Voice's At-Home Playoffs Aren't So Bad After All, and This Soothing Billie Eilish Cover Is Proof

The show must go on over at The Voice. Abiding by social-distancing regulations, the competition show just kicked off its live playoffs with each contestant performing from home using production kits sent to them. (Meanwhile, I can barely video chat without my screen freezing, but that's neither here nor there.)

After previously wooing viewers with her battle using "Stay" by Rihanna and Mikky Ekko, Cedrice offered a supremely soothing cover of Billie Eilish's "Everything I Wanted" for her at-home performance. It's worth noting that she did so while casually lounging on a chaise. The performance received high praise from Cedrice's coach, Kelly Clarkson, who said, "You are so crazy cool. I love what this show does for people, but you do not need a show." Watch the unconventional, but no less stellar, live performance above.
