This Dad's Green Eggs and Ham Rap Is SO Good, All It Needs Is Dr. Seuss Beatboxing

When I'm a parent, my children's "bedtime stories" will be slowed down a cappella lullabies to the tunes of Drake and Cardi B, but this dad's rap version of Green Eggs and Ham just one upped the future parent in me. After a video of Jacob Mitchell rapping Julia Donaldson's The Gruffalo recently went viral, the dad of two appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show where he gave the audience an unforgettable remix of Dr. Seuss's classic story.

As a primary school teacher in the UK, Jacob started rapping to his students to help them retain information in a more entertaining way, and he decided to bring the tactics home for his daughters. Under the alias MC Grammar, Jacob absolutely knows how to brighten up bedtime stories. Watch the video above, and see him go HAM on the Dr. Seuss book around the 2:50 mark.
