Dwayne Johnson Just Reminded Parents of What's Really Important When You're "Tired as Hell"

Dwayne Johnson knows his little girls will grow up too fast. His oldest, Simone, is nearly an adult, and as he parents his younger two daughters with partner Lauren Hashian, it's clear he's treasuring this time together. Dwayne will sing songs to his daughters, let 2-year-old Jasmine paints his nails, and despite days when he's "tired as hell," he still cherishes each moment.

The 46-year-old actor walked Instagram followers through one such day, when he worked late and only got three hours of sleep. In his post, Dwayne explained how Jasmine (or the "tornado," as he affectionately called her) busted through his door to play in his closet. He put his exhaustion aside to hold his young daughter, and wrote in the caption, "There's gonna come a time, years from now when jumping in my arms is the last thing she wants to do and ain't gonna be cool anymore — so I'll always take these moments while I can." Aw!
