The creamy base is filled with the fresh flavor of orange thanks to using Minute Maid orange juice in the filling. Adding a touch of cinnamon to the cream cheese fills the cheesecake with that homey feeling of the holidays. Your child can help evenly spread the mixture over the graham-cracker crust. There's absolutely nothing wrong with licking the bowl.

Sprinkle the top with orange zest, more cinnamon, or even clove or allspice. It's almost too pretty to eat.

    • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup Minute Maid orange juice
    • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
    • Orange zest (optional)
    • Ground cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, or allspice (optional)

    4. Pour into the cream cheese mixture and whip again until incorporated.

    5. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the pie pan and spread evenly.

    6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    7. Before serving, sprinkle with orange zest and additional cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, or allspice.
