For the past few months, Amal Clooney has been busy taking care of her twins. Now, the human rights lawyer is slowly making more public appearances like on dinner dates with George [1] and at work. She may already be looking at the Spring '18 runways [4] for inspiration, and we'd like to think we know exactly what she'll shop for. Read on to see what we hope Amal will wear as she continues to embrace the spotlight.
Dior
Amal goes for classic silhouettes when it comes to her Dior picks. In 2017, Amal wore this red shift dress [6] from the fashion house's A/W 1972 Haute Couture collection to give a speech at London's Chatham House.
We know red is a power woman color [7] and Amal wears it well. This dress would be fitting for her dinner dates with George or charity events. We might even suggest Amal give the trench coat a try — she can pull it off.
Dolce & Gabbana
Amal debuted her baby bump in January 2017 while wearing a Dolce & Gabbana floral mini dress [8] with tights. We're used to seeing the human rights lawyer in clean, tailored suits and tops for work, so it's a nice change when Amal picks something with color and prints.
This top is suitable for Amal's many public engagements, including her meetings at the United Nations. She can tuck the floral blouse into a pair of slim-fit black trousers and a matching blazer for a more professional feel.

While some of us arrive to the airport in sweats, Amal stepped foot into Japan's airport [13] wearing a Missoni dress with Prada sunglasses and Valentino espadrille wedges in 2015. The outfit spoke to the lawyer's impeccable taste in clothes and her ability to always look pulled together, no matter where she's headed.
The next time Amal travels, we hope she packs this sweater into her suitcase. She can wear it with a pair of flared jeans or tucked into her trousers.

We'd love to see Amal in this fluid grape-hue dress. The material drapes beautifully, and it's such a classic shape that would work for any occasion.

Keeping with the color scheme, we think Amal would be bold enough to rock both these pastel colored runway looks. We have a feeling she might prefer the more modest dress on the left, perhaps tweaking the style to get rid of the sleeves.
