Ridiculous weight restrictions being placed on models is nothing new: while it seems like the fashion industry is making strides toward overall body acceptance, women are still being told they're "too fat" to pursue their dreams [1].

The latest "WTF?!" case comes from well-known celebrity offspring Ireland Baldwin [2], daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin [3]. Inheriting the best genes from her 'rents and standing tall at 6'2" make the 19-year-old a natural for the catwalk. The only problem? She, too, was told she's too fat.

Still she triumphed, walking in Son Jung Wan's Spring '16 show at NYFW — and slayed it, obviously. Ireland then hilariously celebrated this milestone, calling out her haters and eating a pretzel in a short video.
