Yes, this unretouched rule also applied to one stunning shot in which Serena is wearing a Ralph Lauren Collection cape, Christian Louboutin heels, a Bulgari cuff, and nothing else. This isn't, however, the first time Serena has shown some skin for a photo shoot. In fact, she posed naked on the cover of Vanity Fair [3] when she was pregnant with her daughter in 2017.
