After wearing a velvet jumpsuit by Jean Paul Gaultier on the Grammys red carpet, Miley Cyrus switched into her second head-turning look of the night. For her performance with Elton John, she showed off her singing chops in a stunning red gown by Zac Posen that took our breath away.
