Millie Bobby Brown's VMAs Outfit Makes Her the Coolest 14-Year-Old Ever

I think it's time we dub Millie Bobby Brown the chicest 14-year-old we've ever seen. The Stranger Things starlet walked the VMAs pink carpet in a stunning all-black Rosie Assoulin ensemble that reminded us of something Audrey Hepburn would wear. Instead of a minidress or a flowy gown, the starlet wore a straight-legged jumpsuit that featured mesh ruffles at the top. Her midriff peeked through the jumpsuit's asymmetrical cutout, and Millie finished her look with a pair of chunky PVC heels by Christian Louboutin and Alison Lou and Jennifer Fisher jewels.
