These rich dark chocolate squares filled with creamy vanilla cashew butter are vegan and made with coconut sugar, but they taste so decadent that upon my first bite, I closed my eyes and my whole body smiled. I was immediately transformed into a state of sweet bliss. The other flavors are equally amazing including Almond Butter + Puffed Quinoa, Crunchy Banana, and they also make Chocolate-Covered Vanilla Bean Cashews [11] ($10), which I also had to hide.
