"Orgain has these new vegan protein bars ($2.50) and I'm in love! Made with just a few simple ingredients — organic dates, peanut flour, almond butter, chia protein, almonds, and sea salt — they're similar to RXBARs offering 12 grams of protein for just 220 calories. I love all the flavors including chocolate almond sea salt, chocolate peanut putter, and blueberry almond. "I'm always searching for quality running shoes, and the Nike Odyssey React Shield Sneaker ($130) is just that. First, it's water-repellent, which is perfect for running in lackluster conditions. Second, it's super lightweight but supportive, which can be hard to find. This shoe also has reflective details for those early-morning and late-night runs. It's definitely a must have." — TP

"I had to hide this Hu Cashew Butter + Vanilla Bean Chocolate Bar (4-pack for $25) from my husband. These rich dark chocolate squares filled with creamy vanilla cashew butter are vegan and made with coconut sugar, but they taste so decadent that upon my first bite, I closed my eyes and my whole body smiled. I was immediately transformed into a state of sweet bliss. The other flavors are equally amazing including Almond Butter + Puffed Quinoa, Crunchy Banana, and they also make Chocolate-Covered Vanilla Bean Cashews ($10), which I also had to hide. With self-care and doing things that make me happy being one of my goals for 2019, eating chocolate is obviously a must!" — JS

"I work out a fair bit in man-made fabrics that are great for wicking, but unfortunately these technical fabrics sometimes hold on to the stink. The Anti-Stink spray by Hex ($10) has come to my rescue many times. My favorite gym shoes, which my dog likes to sleep on, have been resurrected by this miracle spray. "My current cozy pants obsession is Free Country's Free 2 Hang Out Luxe Fleece Jogger Pants (on sale for $30). I have been wearing them throughout the holiday break as my go-to lounge pants. They are also very comfortable for a low-intensity workout and have a great amount of stretch. "These shoes were made for walking, and I like they way the feel. The insoles of the Dominion Walking Shoe ($85) are made of memory foam, and my feet appreciate the cushioning effect. These sneakers are lightweight, with soft uppers that don't bother my bunion. The soles provide traction, which is a must on slick post-rain stairs. Plus, they're cute." — SM

"I recently had the opportunity to take Equinox's crazy-intense Precision Running class and try out Koral's Frame Infinity leggings ($130) and Forte Infinity Sports Bra ($130.) I usually reserve such luxe activewear for non-sweaty activities, so I was so surprised by how amazing this outfit felt during 60 minutes of running!
