Flickr user Mike Mozart

Vegetarians, get ready to do a happy dance, because Burger King is releasing a meat-free version of its famed Whopper sandwich in restaurants across the US this month. The fast food chain began testing its new Impossible Whopper at select restaurants back in April, and on Aug. 8, the burger joint will roll it out nationwide for a limited time so more customers are able to give the beefless burgers a try. Heck yes!

The vegetarian-approved menu addition stars a plant-based patty from the brand behind the Impossible Burger, along with the usual Whopper fixings, including lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, ketchup, mayo, and a sesame seed bun. Keep reading to see just how mouth-watering the Impossible Whopper looks, and you'll certainly mark your calendars for Aug. 8 so you can sink your teeth into one while supplies last.
