Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried dandelion root and licorice herbs, steeped for 10-15 minutes in one cup of hot water and then strained
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, heated
1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
1 tablespoon collagen protein powder
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon dried, powdered ashwagandha
1 capsule probiotics, opened
1 teaspoon chaga powder
Pinch of sea salt
Omica liquid butterscotch Stevia to taste (optional)
Directions
- Using a blender, combine all ingredients on low.
- Enjoy immediately.
