Greek Yogurt Parfait

Notes

When choosing a granola, Julie's recommendation is 1/2 cup of granola that has less than (or up to) 10 grams of sugar — read those labels carefully! I'm a big fan of Bear Naked V'nilla Almond Fit Granola [1] that has eight grams of sugar for every 1/2 cup.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup low-sugar granola (up to 10 grams of sugar)
    1 cup fresh berries

Directions

  1. Measure your ingredients and layer them in a parfait glass or mason jar.
  2. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
