Squat, Lunge, and Flow to This Slow and Controlled "Drivers License" Workout

The world is utterly mesmerized by "Drivers License" from 17-year-old artist and singer Olivia Rodrigo (we know we are!). It's pure and heart-wrenching and familiar, so it's no wonder it has literally broken the internet with streams. Now, when you're dancing around your room to the hit single, you can also get in a lower-body burn courtesy of YouTuber and yoga teacher Hayeon Song, RYT 200.

The session above is a slow but powerful mix of dance elements, lunges, squats, and kickbacks, and it ends with some yoga poses. Move to the beat, and soak up Rodrigo's voice — we wouldn't blame you if you belted out the lyrics for the hundredth (thousandth?) time. We'd argue singing during squats actually helps make them easier!
