I've always liked having toned arms, not because of the way they look but because of the way they make me feel (strong!). The key to developing any muscle group is strength training, but figuring out the right combination of drills and sets to achieve your goals can be challenging. Fortunately, there are tons of quick workouts on YouTube focused on biceps, triceps, and deltoids. The best part? You can cue them up whenever and wherever it's most convenient for you.

I've tried plenty, so to help you get started, I've rounded up 12 arm workouts you can do in under 15 minutes, ranging in difficulty, equipment, and focus. If you're looking to tone, sculpt, or just move your arms, give one or all of these a try!
