End of Summer Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sliced yellow nectarines
1 1/2 cups wedged tomatoes
1 1/2 cups sliced plums
1 cup shiso, chiffonade, lightly packed
1 cayenne pepper (or red jalapeƱo), thinly sliced
1 small shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. To make the vinaigrette, combine the ingredients in a jar or container, put the lid on, and shake until combined. Pour over the salad. Toss and season with salt and pepper.
