Following its success, the ice cream makers have released new cookie core flavors [2]. That's right — within each pint is a core made from cookie spreads. We were pleased with the smooth mocha flavor of this option; however, the coffee taste greatly overpowers the taste of chocolate. The cookie core gives this flavor a crunchy bite — tasters were amazed by how the cookie didn't get too soft and chewy embedded in the ice cream.

Peanut Buttah swirls peanut butter ice cream with crunchy peanut butter sugar bits, peanut butter cookies, and a peanut butter cookie core. This flavor is certainly for the individual with an undying love for peanut butter. You must prepare yourself for the superstrong flavor and even richer crunchy core. If you're not a peanut butter fanatic, we recommend you opt for a milder option.

Spectacular Speculoos combines dark caramel and vanilla ice creams with Speculoos cookies and a Speculoos cookie butter core. The salty-to-sweet ratio in this flavor is perfect. Hints of cinnamon and butteriness explode in your mouth when you bite into the cookie core and morsels. It's hard not to eat the whole carton at once.
