Last year, Ben & Jerry's released a core ice cream line, and the world went crazy for the dual-flavored pints, featuring fruity- and fudgy-sauce cores. Following its success, the ice cream makers have released new cookie core flavors. That's right — within each pint is a core made from cookie spreads. Take a look at these close-up shots of the new flavors, and try not to dive into the screen with a spoon!

Boom Chocolatta features mocha and caramel ice creams with chocolate cookies, fudge flakes, and a chocolate cookie core. We were pleased with the smooth mocha flavor of this option; however, the coffee taste greatly overpowers the taste of chocolate. The cookie core gives this flavor a crunchy bite — tasters were amazed by how the cookie didn't get too soft and chewy embedded in the ice cream.
Peanut Buttah swirls peanut butter ice cream with crunchy peanut butter sugar bits, peanut butter cookies, and a peanut butter cookie core. This flavor is certainly for the individual with an undying love for peanut butter. You must prepare yourself for the superstrong flavor and even richer crunchy core. If you're not a peanut butter fanatic, we recommend you opt for a milder option.
Spectacular Speculoos combines dark caramel and vanilla ice creams with Speculoos cookies and a Speculoos cookie butter core. The salty-to-sweet ratio in this flavor is perfect. Hints of cinnamon and butteriness explode in your mouth when you bite into the cookie core and morsels. It's hard not to eat the whole carton at once.
