Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

This recipe is for basic balsamic vinaigrette, but you can customize it to suit your taste buds by adding other ingredients, like dijon mustard, honey, herbs, and garlic.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil over medium heat. Boil until reduced by about half, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the vinegar to a bowl along with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until emulsified.
- Toss in the salad of your choice.
