'Tis the season to stock up on sweets, and Trader Joe's [1] has new chocolate Advent calendars [2] that I'm adding to my shopping list ASAP. Just like last year, the store's new chocolate Advent calendars are only $1 each, and I can't decide whether I should buy a dozen to give to my family as early Christmas gifts or save them to stock up my personal candy drawer . . .
A POPSUGAR editor has already spotted the festive calendars on shelves, including two new holiday designs [3] with 24 "smooth milk chocolates" hidden behind them, according to the Trader Joe's website. The store also has several new animal-themed Advent calendars for pets [4], so I will definitely be stocking up next time I take a trip there for groceries.
