Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Are Selling Their Remodeled Estate For an Astounding Price

Sep 15 2016 - 9:45am

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo listed their Beverly Hills home [1] for a steep price tag back in June. The Maroon 5 leading man and Victoria's Secret Angel originally offered up the property for $17.5 million [2] — nearly four times the original buying price, making the initial purchase of $4.83 million look like chump change. But, after several months on the market and zero bites, they've reconsidered, dropping the price down to $15.95 million [3]. While not exactly a bargain, the nearly $1.5 million price drop is nothing to scoff at. The duo also recently listed their 2,800-square-foot loft in NYC [4] but has since pulled the space off the market to instead sell the lavish Beverly Hills home to a qualified buyer. While you might think that practically quadrupling the original asking price is a stretch, the property is deserving of a hefty price tag. Adam purchased the home [5] in October of 2012, and the couple has made plenty of visible upgrades [6] to the 6,539-square-foot property since. The estate, which spans nearly 3.66 acres, has been rebuilt into a modern dream home featuring an architectural redesign by Mark Haddawy [7], a full-sized tennis court, dramatic great room, gym, spa, and two-story car collector's garage. As the couple prepares to start their new family, we can only imagine what property they will purchase next! Look through for a shot of their extravagantly remodeled home.
