Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Are Selling Their Remodeled Estate For an Astounding Price

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Sell Beverly Hills Estate

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo listed their Beverly Hills home for a steep price tag back in June. The Maroon 5 leading man and Victoria's Secret Angel originally offered up the property for $17.5 million — nearly four times the original buying price, making the initial purchase of $4.83 million look like chump change. But, after several months on the market and zero bites, they've reconsidered, dropping the price down to $15.95 million. While not exactly a bargain, the nearly $1.5 million price drop is nothing to scoff at. The duo also recently listed their 2,800-square-foot loft in NYC but has since pulled the space off the market to instead sell the lavish Beverly Hills home to a qualified buyer. While you might think that practically quadrupling the original asking price is a stretch, the property is deserving of a hefty price tag. Adam purchased the home in October of 2012, and the couple has made plenty of visible upgrades to the 6,539-square-foot property since. The estate, which spans nearly 3.66 acres, has been rebuilt into a modern dream home featuring an architectural redesign by Mark Haddawy, a full-sized tennis court, dramatic great room, gym, spa, and two-story car collector's garage. As the couple prepares to start their new family, we can only imagine what property they will purchase next! Look through for a shot of their extravagantly remodeled home.
