Demi Lovato has finally gotten what she's worked so hard for — a Grammy nomination. The 23-year-old songstress's album Confident was nominated for best pop vocal album [1] for the 59th Annual Grammy Awards, airing on Feb. 12, 2017.

In an interview with Complex last year, Demi explained how much a Grammy nomination would mean to her [2]. "Everything in my entire singing career — all of the guitar lessons, all of the voice lessons, all of the songs that I wrote when I was 8 years old, when I was 15, writing six songs a night, all of the touring — would be worth it."

She expressed her excitement about the news on Twitter the day the nominations were announced.
