Miso Pierogy Bites

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup miso soup
    1 box Mrs. T's Mini Cheese Pierogies
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon sriracha
    1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Pour the miso soup into a nonstick sauté pan and add the pierogies. Let them simmer until the liquid dissolves, then lightly toast in the pan.
  2. To make the dipping sauce, mix together the honey, sriracha, and rice wine vinegar. Serve on the side of the hot, miso-kissed pierogies.
