Sticky Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 8 Perdue chicken thighs [1]
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon hoisin
1/4 teaspoon sriracha
1/4 cup water
1/2 lime, juiced
1 green onion, chopped
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425ºF.
- Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the skin is crisp and the internal temperature is 165ºF.
- While the chicken is baking, add the honey, soy, garlic, ginger, hoisin, sriracha, water, and lime in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and lightly baste with some of the sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Place the chicken on a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the green onion and serve.
