Sticky Garlic Chicken Thighs

Honey-Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  1. 8 Perdue chicken thighs [1]
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    1 teaspoon chopped ginger
    1 tablespoon hoisin
    1/4 teaspoon sriracha
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 lime, juiced
    1 green onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF.
  2. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the skin is crisp and the internal temperature is 165ºF.
  3. While the chicken is baking, add the honey, soy, garlic, ginger, hoisin, sriracha, water, and lime in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and lightly baste with some of the sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Place the chicken on a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the green onion and serve.
