Honey and Garlic Combine Into Your New Favorite Chicken Dinner

If food's going to be messy, it has be good. The combination of honey and garlic work so well with crispy chicken thighs, turning into the most dripping-good dinner. A touch of hoisin, soy sauce, and a sprinkling of green onion pulls it all together.

Sticky Garlic Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

    • 8 Perdue chicken thighs
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
    • 1 tablespoon hoisin
    • 1/4 teaspoon sriracha
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1/2 lime, juiced
    • 1 green onion, chopped

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF.

    2. While the chicken is baking, add the honey, soy, garlic, ginger, hoisin, sriracha, water, and lime in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.

    3. Remove the chicken from the oven and lightly baste with some of the sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

    4. Place the chicken on a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the green onion and serve.
