Raw Cinnamon-Turmeric Macaroons

Turmeric Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
    1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon turmeric
    2 teaspoons honey, such as Manuka

Directions

  1. Mix coconut with the pistachios, cinnamon, and turmeric.
  2. Stir in the honey.
  3. Form into 3 balls.
  4. Freeze for at least 20 minutes (or overnight).
