Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Smoothie

Chill leftover black coffee in the fridge to use for this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
5 pecans
1/2 cup black coffee, cooled in the fridge
3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
1/2 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder (1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon flaxmeal
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Directions
- Place everything in a blender and mix until smooth, about one minute.
- Pour in a cup and add a few ice cubes if you prefer an iced coffee feel, and enjoy!
