Peanut Butter Chocolate Keto Shake

Original Recipe


To reduce calories, remove or use half of the heavy cream.
To make it dairy-free, substitute heavy cream for coconut cream.

Keto Protein Shake Recipe


  1. 1 cup ice
    1 cup almond milk
    1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    2 servings keto-friendly sweetener [1]
    2 servings protein powder
    Optional toppings: whipped cream, peanut butter, sugar-free chocolate chips


  • Place the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Transfer to a cup and add toppings (optional).
