Benihana Ginger Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    3/4 cup soy sauce (use coconut aminos or tamari for a gluten-free option)
    1 yellow onion — chopped
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Grate fresh ginger and chop onion.
  2. Gather and measure white vinegar, soy sauce, and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse or puree for about one minute until a chunky texture is achieved.
  4. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate.
