Sugar-Free Baked Oatmeal

Sugar-Free Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 3 ripe bananas
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2 tablespoons ground flaxmeal
    3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup water or unsweetened soy milk (or other nondairy milk)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven or toaster to 350 degrees.
  2. Mash the three bananas in an 8×11-inch baking dish.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spread it out evenly using the back of a spoon or spatula.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy right away, or allow to cool before cutting into six portions to store for the week.
