On March 3 around 3 a.m. local time, a volcano erupted in Villarrica [1] in southern Chile. Smoke, ash, and lava filled the air, and around 3,000 people in nearby villages had to be evacuated. The sight was both terrifying and beautiful — one Redditor in Chile posted the picture above [2], which made it to the front page of the site.
