Ryan Reynolds Does Dinner With His Leading Ladies Anna Kendrick and Gemma Arterton
Ryan Reynolds got together with his The Voices cast, including Anna Kendrick and Gemma Arterton, for dinner in Berlin on Friday. The group met up in Germany to kick off production on the psychological thriller, which is being directed by Marjane Satrapi. Anna is already settling into the new location and tweeted, "There are 3 sex shops within walking distance from my hotel in Berlin. Grocery store would have been a bonus but I'm not gonna get greedy."
Ryan's stint overseas comes just as his other projects are getting airtime. The trailer for R.I.P.D. was released last week, though we'll have to wait until July for the movie to hit theaters. Ryan will be pulling double duty this Summer, since the animated featured Turbo is also expected in mid-July. Gemma, meanwhile, has Runner, Runner's release to look forward to in September, but first her Byzantium is screening at the Tribeca Film Festival this week.

Justin Timberlake hit the red carpet to celebrate the release of The 20/20 Experience at LA's El Rey Theatre on Monday night. He was joined by newly single Ryan Seacrest, whose split from girlfriend Julianne Hough was announced last week. Ryan interviewed Justin during the event, which will be televised on Tuesday night on The CW, and their chat confirmed that Justin is in fact planning on dropping a second part to the album later this year. Also on hand for the bash was Emmy Rossum, Anna Kendrick, Nikki Reed, and a crowd full of fans, who were treated to a concert by Justin that included a performance of "Mirrors." He had made his way west after stopping over the weekend in Austin, TX, where he held a secret Myspace event.
Jordin, Emmy, and Nikki Show Us What to Wear When You Party With JT
When there's no dress code on the invite, guests are free to interpret the "party dress" with their own brand of styling. Such was the case at last night's iHeartRadio 20/20 Justin Timberlake album release party, where attendees like Nikki Reed, Jordin Sparks, and Emmy Rossum celebrated JT with their own take on eventwear. Nikki made a case for the classics, keeping it easy in skinny pants and a semisheer button-up, while Jordin worked a cool-girl angle in leather pants, sexy heels, and a moto-style jacket. As for Emmy, she adopted a more ladylike approach, arriving in a sweet floral-embellished Topshop sheath and white heels. For the rest of the party guests, just keep clicking — then be sure to cast your vote for the night's best dressed.
Selena, Kate Beckinsale, and More Have a Stylish Celebration With Vogue
Selena Gomez and Kate Beckinsale attended Vogue's special dinner celebrating Alberta Ferretti's limited-edition 2013 collection in LA last night. Selena, wearing a blue Alberta Ferretti dress, posed alongside Chelsea Handler while Kate chatted up Olivia Munn. Meanwhile, Alison Brie, Brittany Snow, and Anna Kendrick — all in Alberta Ferretti — shared a few laughs as they sat front row at the special presentation.
The night wasn't just for actresses. Rachel Zoe and her husband, Rodger Berman, also dropped by the event to take some of the edge off of a hectic award season. Rachel attended the dinner while her client Anne Hathaway picked up the best supporting actress award at the Critics' Choice Awards while wearing Oscar de la Renta. Ben Affleck Celebrates Argo's Cast and Their Winning Box Office Weekend
Ben Affleck was among the stars who turned out for last night's Casting Society of America's Artios Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. He walked the carpet alongside other actors like Armie Hammer and Anna Kendrick. Ben was on hand to accept honors for the big-screen stars he assembled for his latest directorial project, Argo. His leading man from another endeavor, The Town's Jeremy Renner, was there to present Ben's statue.
We caught up with Ben before the award-giving commenced, and he dished all about Argo being No. 1 at the box office. Ben told us, "I was very excited, to be honest. I'm usually insecure, skeptical, or try to find the worst about it — but this was just a really nice thing. A lot of people worked really hard. Dramas like this don't really work well at the box office. Usually, it's more high-concept things. I was just really happy. I cut out and pasted a copy of the web page to keep it. Next time I want to make a movie like this, I want to say, hey look — you can be successful with movies like this."
All the Action From Inside Elle's Women in Hollywood Awards
The fun continued inside last night's Elle Women in Hollywood Awards. The ladies stunned on the red carpet, with honorees like Emma Watson and Sarah Jessica Parker donning Calvin Klein, before heading inside the Beverly Hills Four Seasons for a program emceed by Joel McHale. Joel wasn't the only guy on hand — Robert Pattinson presented a statue to Uma Thurman while John Krasinski also stopped by. Uma, Sarah Jessica, and Emma were joined in the winner's circle by other leading ladies like Elle Fanning, Shirley MacLaine, Octavia Spencer, Cate Blanchett, Susan Sarandon, and Kristen Wiig. Octavia had the company of her The Help costars Allison Janney, Emma Stone, and Ahna O'Reilly to celebrate.
We caught up with a number of stars before the show, including Emma. She accepted Elle's honor for the year's biggest breakout star, despite her relatively lengthy career. Emma told us, "I got my start purely by chance. I was 9 years old. I was in a normal school. Someone basically came to school and took my photograph, and picked me up to go to London for an audition. It was complete chance, a very, very lucky situation. I ended up doing nine auditions to get my first big part. I've been incredibly fortunate. Now, really, it's just about trying to take on different parts and broaden out what I'm able to do." Stay tuned for more from the carpet in today's PopSugar Rush.
