Graduation season is upon us! With Summer comes the end of the school year for colleges and high schools around the country, and to celebrate, we're looking back at many of our favorite celebrities during their old-school days. Tom Cruise's picture proves he was just as much of a heartthrob back in high school, while plenty of leading ladies got their starts before an audience as cheerleaders, including Cameron Diaz. Britney Spears was out on the hardwood herself playing with her basketball team, and Tom Cruise showed an early interest in action on the wrestling team. Plus, Blake Lively liked to joke around well before she nabbed a big-screen part.

Before we catch a glimpse of our favorite stars in the South of France, we're taking a look back at all the glamorous actors and actresses who have attended the cinema event in years past.

There have been plenty of great moments to capture, including last year's red carpet with Kristen Stewart, Garrett Hedlund, Jessica Chastain, and Shia LaBeouf; Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz's photo-op back in 2002; and Charlize Theron's sexy outfit from 2004. This week a handful of movie and television sets were busy with shoots. While Zac Efron showed off more than just his basketball skills for Townies in LA, Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann put in plenty of hours and acted out a fight on their Big Apple set. Also in NYC, Megan Fox was up in the air for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles alongside Will Arnett, and Vince Vaughn revved up a motorcycle engine in Atlanta for Anchorman 2. Leslie Mann stood up to Cameron Diaz when she filmed a fight scene with the actress in NYC yesterday for the pair's upcoming film, The Other Woman. The two actresses, both dressed in yellow, bumped chests and shouted at each other in front of an outdoor restaurant. The scene was almost as funny as the one that Cameron and Leslie filmed on Monday, which involved Leslie trying to control a huge dog while Cameron looked disinterested. Later that day, Cameron kissed Nikolaj Coster-Waldau in a car scene for the upcoming flick.

Cameron and Leslie were back to work after spending a glamorous night at the 2013 Met Gala on Monday. Cameron attended the event alongside designer Stella McCartney and Kristen Stewart while Leslie dropped by the bash with the duo's other costar, Kate Upton.

The 2013 Met Gala may have given celebrities a chance to channel their inner punk rocker in NYC yesterday, but once the event drew to a close, it was clear that these edgy new looks were only meant to last for the night.

The 2013 Met Gala may have given celebrities a chance to channel their inner punk rocker in NYC yesterday, but once the event drew to a close, it was clear that these edgy new looks were only meant to last for the night. Stars like Cameron Diaz and Miranda Kerr were spotted returning to their normal selves as they left the bash, with Cameron chatting on her cell phone as she waited for her car and Miranda enlisting Michael Kors to help her navigate the stairs in her heels. Emma Roberts got help from Jaime King as she left the party, clutching onto her pal's hand as she carefully walked down the museum's famous stairs while Gwen Stefani made a smooth exit with Gavin Rossdale. Meanwhile, stars like Anne Hathaway and Taylor Swift were showing no signs of slowing down, using the mass exit of celebrities as a chance to catch up with their favorite small-screen stars like Game of Thrones' Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and New Girl's Zooey Deschanel.
