Alexis Bledel showed off her new engagement ring from her fiancé, Vincent Kartheiser, at the premiere of her new film, Remembering Sunday, in LA yesterday. The bauble features a large round-cut diamond set in a platinum band. She told reporters at the event that Vincent picked out the bling but their wedding planning will be a joint effort. Alexis said, "We're doing it together. We haven't started yet though." The couple announced their engagement back in March after dating for nearly a year. Alexis and Vincent started their romance after playing onscreen lovers on Mad Men.

The Talk cohost Sara Gilbert announced her engagement to Linda Perry today on the show. Linda — a singer, songwriter, and producer — orchestrated a proposal picnic complete with a surprise musical performance of their song (The Cure's "Love Song") and T-shirts with the question printed on them, which Sara called "the most amazing proposal ever."

Jesse joins other gay celebrities who are engaged or married to their partners, including Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson who announced his engagement to Justin Mikita last Fall. Sex and the City's Cynthia Nixon and Christine Marinoni wanted to wait until same-sex marriage was legal in New York to get married, and after having their wish granted in 2011 they married in May. Another celebrity to take advantage of the legalization of gay marriage in New York was Michael Kors, who married his longtime partner, Lance LePere in 2011. Elle Macpherson debuted a huge diamond ring at a charity event in London last night. She tried to keep the sparkly new accessory under wraps as she posed with her son Arpad Flynn, who is one of her two children from her previous relationship with Arpad Busson, but she couldn't avoid having the left-hand ring photographed. News that Elle is engaged to boyfriend Jeffrey Soffer came out earlier this month, though Elle has yet to confirm the reports herself. Her new relationship status puts her on the list of celebrities wearing engagement rings, which might also include Hayden Panettiere if rumors that she's engaged to Wladimir Klitschko are true.

Olivia Wilde showed off her massive engagement ring while walking around Rome on Sunday. Olivia and Jason Sudeikis got engaged around the holidays and announced the good news last week. The ring is an antique, featuring an elevated brilliant-cut diamond.

Olivia is in Rome to film The Third Person and displayed her ring while taking a tour of the Palazzo Farnese with her castmates. Meanwhile, Jason is in NYC preparing for the next new episode of Saturday Night Live, which will be hosted by Jennifer Lawrence on Jan. 19. Olivia thanked her fans for their support over Twitter. Liam Hemsworth stopped by an LA surf shop to pick up a new surfboard yesterday. His fiancée, Miley Cyrus, was along for the outing. The engaged couple have been spending a lot of quality time together over the holiday season. Miley and Liam spent time with his family, including his brother Chris Hemsworth, sister-in-law Elsa Pataky, and niece India. A new addition joined in on the fun — Miley got a new dog, Bean!

Although Miley has been relaxing and enjoying downtime with Liam, she has gotten back to work with the start of the New Year. Over the weekend, Miley hit the studio with Bean and shared some adorable pictures of her dogs on Twitter. She seems to be starting off 2013 on a high note. Last Friday, Miley tweeted, "Laying with my man by the fire surrounded puppies that I love more than life itself."
