Lea Michele was back on the football field in LA last night to join her Glee costars Cory Monteith and Chord Overstreet for a McKinley High scrimmage. The cast is back together after taking a break over the holidays — Chris Colfer and Amber Riley visited France, while Cory spent time in Canada cheering on the Canucks hockey team. We caught up with Jane Lynch at the People's Choice Awards on Wednesday after she won favorite TV comedy actress. Jane shared her hopes for getting Britney Spears back on the show and said she'd love to see her character, Sue Sylvester, spark up a romance with aspiring guest star Javier Bardem. We're likely to see Jane and her costars at next week's Golden Globes, where they're nominated in the best TV musical or comedy series — make sure to fill out Buzz's Golden Globes ballot for a chance to win $1,000! Their first new episode of 2011 will air on Feb. 6 right after the Super Bowl, but get your fix in the meantime with Buzz's midseason quiz.

Looks like Lea Michele's Rachel Berry isn't afraid to get dirty to win back Finn's affection! The pint-sized actress put on full football pads and a uniform to hit the field with Cory Monteith, Chord Overstreet, and the rest of the WMHS team on the set of Glee in LA yesterday. This week's Christmas episode marked the official end of Rachel and Finn's relationship, and she's apparently not going down without a fight. This isn't the first unlikely star to join the squad, as an episode earlier this season put Artie on the gridiron. The hit show has had another amazing year full of sexual tension and one of TV's best villains, and the crew recently added a Grammy nomination to their list of accolades. The cast is also starting to look beyond their series to what's next, like Chris Colfer, who is starring in a movie he wrote, though most of you think Lea is the New Directions member with the most career potential.

GQ rounded up some of Hollywood's hottest men in LA last night to celebrate its annual Men of the Year issue. Taylor Lautner broke from hanging with his new lady friend to suit up for the black carpet along with James Franco, who mentioned that his mustache is for a new role. James Marsden looked dapper too, and he stopped to chat with us about how he'd nominate his wife for Babe of the Year. That honor has already gone to Scarlett Johansson, who you think deserves props for her look about as much as her Sexiest Man Alive husband, Ryan Reynolds. Scarlett and Ryan both skipped yesterday's party, but some other honorees from People's latest list turned out. Kellan Lutz covered his abs in a plaid Simon Spurr, and True Blood stud Joe Manganiello was likewise dressed up.
The fun continued inside the Chateau Marmont for some loved-up couples like Anna Faris and Chris Pratt, Channing Tatum and his wife, Jenna Dewan, and the recently married Dave Annable and Odette Yustman. Krysten Ritter celebrated wrapping up work with Kate Bosworth on BFF & Baby by saying hello to Sam Page, of Gossip Girl and Mad Men, while Aziz Ansari could hardly contain his enthusiasm at chilling with Jesse Eisenberg. Twilight's Taylor practiced his flirting with Jaime King, as Boardwalk Empire's Michael Pitt stuck by his costar Steve Buscemi. James Franco spent a minute chatting with Mark Ruffalo, who told us on the way in that he's thankful this year for being employed as a relatively older actor. There's lots more to come on today's PopSugar Rush, so make sure to stay tuned!
The cast of Glee had a blast goofing around on a playground while filming at a church in Northridge, CA yesterday. Chris Colfer tried to keep his suit in place as he hung from the monkey bars and he, Jenna Ushkowitz, and Mark Salling tested how high they could get on the swings. Lea Michele kept her cocktail dress neat as she geared up to shoot the scene, which allegedly involves a wedding — wonder who's getting married? The crew is moving on from the firestorm caused by Lea, Dianna, and Cory's racy GQ spread and last night's Rocky Horror Picture homage got us in the Halloween spirit. Mr. Shue and Emma are among Buzz's pop culture couples costumes suggestions, while the show is already looking forward to the next festive season with news of an upcoming holiday album.
