After Mackenzie Pearson brought the phrase "dad bod" to the mainstream, the social media world seemed divided into two schools of thought: people who love the dad bod and people who hate it! Those who love it think it's great to celebrate this formerly underappreciated body type, but those against it point out the sexist double standard that women's "mom bods" aren't equally revered.
