Famous Ladies Spend the Night Before Oscars With Chanel
A few of the most fashionable celebrities in Hollywood turned out for Chanel's pre-Oscars dinner in LA last night. Best actress nominee Jessica Chastain and Kate Bosworth wore Chanel dresses for the event, where they rubbed elbows with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Ginnifer Goodwin, January Jones, and Rachel Zoe.
Jessica walked the red carpet solo, but she raised plenty of eyebrows the previous night when she left the Women in Film pre-Oscars bash with boyfriend Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo. She has been notoriously tight-lipped about her romantic life, but it was revealed that Jessica Chastain's boyfriend has connections to the fashion industry: he's an executive at Moncler. However, Jessica will be taking her grandmother — not boyfriend Gian — to the Oscars, where she is up for the best actress prize. Don't forget to tune in to our LIVE Oscars red carpet coverage and viewing party starting tonight at 5:30 p.m. EST/2:30 p.m. PST.
Go For Drama: Starlets Try Out Striking Eye Makeup

A classic makeup style that can turn any look from ho hum to seriously gorgeous is the dramatic eye, and this week three stars showed us how to do it. Selena Gomez opted for a metallic smoky eye, while Anne Hathaway kept her shadow long, thin, and feathered. And Ginnifer Goodwin proved that when in doubt, a flicked-out cat eye works wonders, especially with a cheeky pixie cut. All three looks were vastly different while being equally dramatic, but whose did you prefer?

Anne Hathaway Gets Honored by Costume Designers Ahead of the Oscars

Ginnifer Goodwin on Making Her Own Shampoo and (Not) Growing Out Her Hair
Ginnifer Goodwin says the key to feeling beautiful isn't so much about makeup and hair, but more about how you feel and your health. And when it comes to her own beauty routine, Ginnifer uses extra-virgin organic coconut oil from hair to fingernails and even makes her own homemade shampoo. We learned her recipe, along with her other beauty tricks and tips, at the launch of the Listerine 21 Day Challenge. On Maria: Sweater by Ella Moss.
Ginnifer and Julianne Sport Shorts Suits — Would You?
You have your mature pantsuit (the ones you're allowed to wear to work or as an alternative to a cocktail dress), then you have the more playful version, the shorts suit. This fun bunch gained popularity last Spring when a slew of designers like Jason Wu, Michael Kors, and Tory Burch sent them strutting down the catwalk. Since then, celebrities have borrowed the leg-baring runway trend and brought them to the sidewalk (and red carpet). Among the most recent to rock the look are Ginnifer Goodwin and Julianne Hough, both in Nonoo. Ginnifer's cobalt tuxedo-style shorts suit featured chic white piping, while Julianne's navy suit was brought to life via a jewel-collar blouse and lace-up sandals. It might be too frigid in some places right now to wear a shorts suit sans tights, but it's the perfect Spring companion for both daytime and nighttime fun. Take a good look at these stunning ladies in their shorts suits, then tell us, would you adopt the trend?

Storybook Style: Get the Look of Ginnifer Goodwin's Hollywood Home
ABC’s Once Upon a Time star Ginnifer Goodwin may play a modern princess on screen, but her antiques-filled home, featured in February's Elle, tells another story. With a design concept that showcases flea-market finds and century-old wallpaper, it seems fitting that her light-filled, two-bedroom home was once owned by motion-picture pioneer Charlie Chaplin. Six years after moving in, Ginnifer's still savoring the slow but satisfying process of outfitting her fairy-tale home.
