March kicked off with a work-heavy week for some of the biggest names in TV, film, and music. Jennifer Aniston maintained a low profile on the set of an untitled project in Stamford, CT, while Amy Poehler took over a carnival with her Parks and Recreation costars, Rob Lowe and Adam Scott, in LA. Also in LA, Selena Gomez slipped on a '60s-style ensemble to shoot, as Jon Hamm suited up for his '60s-set hit show Mad Men.

Jon Hamm and John Slattery suited up for an afternoon of filming Mad Men in LA today. The costars headed out of their on-set hotel and hopped into a vintage Mustang for the scene. Jon and John are back to work on the AMC series after taking a break from the cameras during award season. Jon attended the Golden Globes and the SAG Awards, where John also made an appearance, and wrapped up the fun at Vanity Fair's Oscars party last month. They'll be back in the spotlight soon since the sixth season of Mad Men returns April 7 with a two-hour-long premiere. As usual, creator Matthew Weiner has been tight-lipped about what's in store for the characters, but we did get a glimpse at Don Draper, Joan Harris, and Roger Sterling in the short Mad Men teaser that was released yesterday.
The Vanity Fair Oscars party took place at the Sunset Tower in LA last night. The bash is one of the most exclusive events of the evening and always brings out an A-list guest list. Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lawrence, and Anne Hathaway all dropped by the event after picking up their Oscars at the big show. Jennifer changed out of her strapless Dior gown and into a slinky Calvin Klein frock, while Anne opted to switch into a blue Saint Laurent number after her best supporting actress win. Anne even had a cute run-in with friend Sarah Silverman, whom she gave a hand-kiss to on the red carpet. Earlier in the evening, Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom were photo-bombed upon arrival by Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Reese Witherspoon left the Oscars to make an appearance at the party. Bono brought daughter Eve Hewson, and Gerard Butler buddied up with Jason Statham.
The Vanity Fair bash isn't the only post-Oscars event that went on last night. Elton John held a star-studded viewing party for his AIDS Foundation, and the Governors Ball was another stop on the A-list's party-hopping trail.
Hollywood's most stylish celebrities turned out for the Costume Designers Guild Awards last night in LA. Anne Hathaway wore a shimmering Gucci frock when she accepted her spotlight award, an honor given to actors and directors for their collaborations with costume designers. Skyfall, Anna Karenina, and Mirror Mirror all won awards in the film categories while Downton Abbey and Smash dominated the TV sections.
Other celebrity attendees included Anne's costar Russell Crowe, Once Upon a Time stars Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas, Amy Poehler, Jon Hamm, and Lily Collins, who wore a dramatic black gown with a giant white bow on her back. It was a mini Saturday Night Live reunion behind the scenes when Amy hung out with Kristen Wiig, Steve Martin, and Maya Rudolph, with whom she presented an award during the show. The CDG Awards are just one of the many events that lead up to the Oscars, which air on Sunday, Feb. 24. Don't forget to vote in our Oscars ballot for a chance to win $1,000 and an iPad!
Jon Hamm heated up the red carpet at the 2013 SAG Awards when he arrived in a tux. He walked the red carpet with his longtime girlfriend, Jennifer Westfeldt, who wore a sleek Blumarine gown. Jon has some big things to look forward to tonight; he is nominated for outstanding performance by a male actor in a drama series and outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series with his fellow castmates for Mad Men. Jon has been nominated for both awards over the past five years but has only won two SAGs — one in 2009 and the other in 2010 — for outstanding performance by an ensemble.
Mad Men is back! AMC just announced that the show will be back on April 7. We're rounding up the reasons to be excited for the return of Don Draper and the gang in this PopSugar Rush with help from Entertainment Editor Maggie Pehanick. Hint: the pictures of Jon Hamm shirtless in Hawaii are involved.
Ben Affleck, George Clooney, and Anne Hathaway were having a great time mingling with their Hollywood peers at the 2013 Golden Globes on Sunday night. Ben and George posed for photos with Jon Hamm while Anne shared a moment with her Les Misérables costar — and fellow Globe winner — Hugh Jackman. Both Ben and George had love for their leading ladies. Ben shared a sweet kiss with wife Jennifer Garner, while George had a moment with both host Amy Poehler and his own girlfriend Stacy Keibler. The Silver Linings Playbook crew, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, and director David O. Russell, looked cozy at their table.
