Lea Michele and Zooey Deschanel were joined by their fellow FOX TV friends as they celebrated the network's shows at an all-star party during the 2013 Winter TCAs in Pasadena yesterday. Lea's Glee costars Kevin McHale and Jane Lynch dropped by the bash, but Lea's on- and offscreen boyfriend Cory Monteith wasn't photographed at the event. Meanwhile, Zooey's sister, Emily Deschanel, who stars on FOX's Bones, color-coordinated with her sister in a black cocktail dress. Mindy Kaling, Shannon Woodward, and Nicki Minaj also swung by to celebrate.

The event followed a busy day of promotion for the stars, who sat on a FOX comedy panel yesterday. During the interviews, Mindy got big laughs when she joked around with Zooey about having "special privileges" on The Mindy Project.

Katy Perry may have the party anthem of the Summer in "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)," her latest single from Teenage Dream. If the catchy tune doesn't make you happy, then the video will. In the '80s movie homage, she gets into character as Kathy Beth Terry, a glasses-and-braces-clad nerd who wakes up with the fuzzy memories of an epic party the night before. The real highlights of the clip are the star cameos, which include Glee stars Darren Criss and Kevin McHale and viral video sensation Rebecca Black. Those are only a few of the celebrity sightings though, so watch the video to catch the rest!

The Cast of Glee Dishes About Rumors, Prom, and Kurt's Return to McKinley High

The cast of Glee stuck together in LA last night during their PaleyFest panel.

The cast of Glee stuck together in LA last night during their PaleyFest panel. The crew chatted about upcoming episodes, returning characters, and what's in store for this year's prom. Lea Michele missed the event as she was busy making out with Ashton Kutcher for New Year's Eve in NYC, and in her absence, Chris Colfer let it slip that he'll be leaving The Warblers and returning to McKinley High. The show's creator Ryan Murphy dished that we'll be seeing more than just Gwyneth Paltrow in upcoming episodes, with Kristin Chenoweth also making a return cameo, and Jane Lynch wouldn't mind getting Carol Burnett back. There are plans for an episode dedicated to Fleetwood Mac's Rumours album, and as the end of the school year nears they'll be building to a pivotal prom night — especially for Kurt and Blaine. If you missed a moment of this week's show, check out Buzz's recap.

Lea Michele, Heather Morris, Dianna Agron, and many of their Glee costars were decked out as zombies to film in LA yesterday. The McKinley kids underwent a huge transformation for their epic post-Super Bowl episode, which is an homage to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" — check out Buzz's sneak peek of their ghoulish song and dance routine. In addition to their costumes and makeup, there's more excitement to come this season from the show's creator, Ryan Murphy, with planned cameos from Oscar cohost Anne Hathaway and fan favorite Gwyneth Paltrow. Many cast members were back to work after a weekend jaunt to Las Vegas, where birthday girl Naya Rivera celebrated her big day and apparently got cozy with star quarterback Chord Overstreet. Dianna missed out on the wild times, though, to stay behind in California for her I Am Number Four's press junket.

The Winter TCA is underway outside LA, and last night was Fox's turn to show off their talent and upcoming shows. The Golden Globe nominated cast of Glee attended last night's party, and Cory Monteith took a moment to chat with Buzz about his new Funny or Die video and working with Gwyneth Paltrow. Bones duo Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz dropped in on the party, as did Hugh Laurie and Lisa Edelstein from the medical drama House. Cory's costars Chris Colfer and Matthew Morrison were back together this morning to join Conan O'Brien and How I Met Your Mother's Jason Segel and Neil Patrick Harris for the Funny Men in TV panel. When asked about Glee airing right after this year's Super Bowl, Chris jokingly replied, "What's the Super Bowl?" For more details from the conference, make sure to stay tuned to Buzz!

Which Glee Star Will Have the Biggest Career?

Between winning sectionals and tonight's Christmas episode, the kids of New Directions are keeping busy this holiday season — and their alter egos are keeping busy with side projects as well.

Between winning sectionals and tonight's Christmas episode, the kids of New Directions are keeping busy this holiday season — and their alter egos are keeping busy with side projects as well. A quick rundown: Lea Michele will appear in Garry Marshall's New Year's Eve, Mark Salling has his solo music career, Cory Monteith recently joined a workplace comedy, and Dianna Agron has I Am Number Four ready to hit theaters. But not to be outdone, Kurt Chris Colfer will now star in a big screen film of his own.

The actor will reportedly topline the indie comedy Struck by Lightning. What's even more impressive: Colfer wrote the script himself! While we don't know many details about the project, it's said to be a coming-of-age story in the vein of John Hughes.

Not to pick favorites, but Colfer has always been one of the Gleeks I love most, and he's obviously talented (need I remind you of his Emmy nomination?). I can't wait to see him stretch himself outside of Glee like the rest of his castmates. It does beg one question, however: who will fare best? Obviously the series will come to a close eventually, and its actors will move on with their careers, so who do you see having the most longevity?

Lea, Chris, and the Rest of Glee Cast Monkey Around on Set

The cast of Glee had a blast goofing around on a playground while filming at a church in Northridge, CA yesterday.

The cast of Glee had a blast goofing around on a playground while filming at a church in Northridge, CA yesterday. Chris Colfer tried to keep his suit in place as he hung from the monkey bars and he, Jenna Ushkowitz, and Mark Salling tested how high they could get on the swings. Lea Michele kept her cocktail dress neat as she geared up to shoot the scene, which allegedly involves a wedding — wonder who's getting married? The crew is moving on from the firestorm caused by Lea, Dianna, and Cory's racy GQ spread and last night's Rocky Horror Picture homage got us in the Halloween spirit. Mr. Shue and Emma are among Buzz's pop culture couples costumes suggestions, while the show is already looking forward to the next festive season with news of an upcoming holiday album.

The cast of Glee stepped out for their big red carpet season two celebration and season one DVD release party in Hollywood last night.

The cast of Glee stepped out for their big red carpet season two celebration and season one DVD release party in Hollywood last night. The show isn't actually back on the air for another couple of weeks — don't miss our printable premiere calendar — but it's never too early to get excited for Fall TV. Jane Lynch smiled big fresh off her win for best supporting actress at the Emmy Awards, and newcomer to the cast John Stamos is already part of the family as he planted a kiss on the cheek of onscreen love interest Jayma Mays. Mark Salling kept his six-pack under wraps for the party, though he's still sporting a golden glow from his recent shirtless getaway to Puerto Rico with Ryan Phillippe. Dianna Agron missed the NYC premiere of her film The Romantics in order to stick around with her Glee costars. Lea Michele had an amazing time at the event and joined Cory Monteith for a few photos before screening the anthem-filled first episode. As we gear up for going back to school with the cast, check out Buzz's fun quiz to see which character you're most like.
