The fun wasn't over for the Met Gala 2013 attendees in NYC last night as they flocked to the Standard Hotel following the ball for the official afterparty at the Boom Boom Room. Madonna stripped out of her bum-baring Met Gala outfit and changed into a fishnet body stocking and black lacy lingerie to mingle with guests like Katy Perry, Allison Williams, and Frank Ocean. She wasn't the only star who made a costume change — Amanda Seyfried took off her gown and changed into a baggy black t-shirt to hit the dance floor with Frank. Meanwhile, Miranda Kerr met up with January Jones, Jennifer Lawrence arrived with Marion Cotillard, Gerard Butler mingled with Karolina Kurkova, andNicole Richie connected with Kirsten Dunst, and Mary-Kate Olsen snuggled with boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy. Mary-Kate and Olivier weren't the only couple at the late-night bash, as Jennifer Morrison was spotted holding hands with her Once Upon a Time costar Sebastian Stan and Kate Bosworth hugged Michael Polish. The 2013 Met Gala may have given celebrities a chance to channel their inner punk rocker in NYC yesterday, but once the event drew to a close, it was clear that these edgy new looks were only meant to last for the night. Stars like Cameron Diaz and Miranda Kerr were spotted returning to their normal selves as they left the bash, with Cameron chatting on her cell phone as she waited for her car and Miranda enlisting Michael Kors to help her navigate the stairs in her heels. Emma Roberts got help from Jaime King as she left the party, clutching onto her pal's hand as she carefully walked down the museum's famous stairs while Gwen Stefani made a smooth exit with Gavin Rossdale. Meanwhile, stars like Anne Hathaway and Taylor Swift were showing no signs of slowing down, using the mass exit of celebrities as a chance to catch up with their favorite small-screen stars like Game of Thrones' Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and New Girl's Zooey Deschanel.

Miranda Kerr wasn't afraid to show off her body on the red carpet at the 2013 Costume Institute Benefit in NYC tonight. She wore a sexy black Michael Kors cutout dress as she sauntered into the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the launch of the Punk: Chaos to Couture exhibit. Miranda is back at the Met Gala after skipping out on last year's event. She famously wore a ballerina-inspired frock to the bash back in 2011. The Met Gala may be but a day away, but the style set has already descended upon NYC in preparation of fashion's biggest night. And last night's party scene is proof (times three) that we're in for a jam-packed red carpet come Monday night. To toast Dolce & Gabbana's Fifth Avenue flagship store opening, Gisele Bündchen, Kylie Minogue, and Stacy Keibler all stepped out in the label's sexy cocktail fare. Not to be outdone, Moda Operandi and Net-a-Porter both held swanky affairs, playing host to the likes of Karolína Kurková, Kate Bosworth, and a polka-dot-clad Miranda Kerr. It's safe to say that Miranda Kerr will always look flawless — even while playing sports. Miranda hit the basketball court for a Vogue photo shoot in NYC on Thursday to model pieces from Michael Kors, including a pair of shiny gold metallic shorts and platform sneakers. She took to Instagram earlier this week to share a photo from another recent shoot with the magazine, so it seems that Miranda is staying busy after announcing the end of her contract with Victoria's Secret.

Miranda is on the East Coast after spending quality time with her family in LA last week, including a trip to a childrens' gym with husband Orlando Bloom and their son, Flynn. While it hasn't been confirmed if Miranda will be attending Monday's Met Gala, her being in the Big Apple to work with Vogue could be a good hint that we'll see her on the red carpet.
