Coachella 2013 officially wrapped up yesterday with plenty of celebrities heading back home from the desert. This year's music festival drew lots of stars over two weekends, many of whom shared their journey over social media. Jessica Alba and Cash Warren showed PDA during the second weekend of festivities while stars like Diane Kruger and Vanessa Hudgens showed off their stylish garb during the first round of concerts. Meanwhile, Pretty Little Liars costars Troian Bellisario and Ashley Benson teamed up for the music fun along with a big group of pals. Happy Thanksgiving! Getting together with family and prepping for the special meal kept celebs busy this week. Reese Witherspoon capped off a busy weekend yesterday at LA's sixth annual Kidstock Music and Arts festival. The event, which raised over $300,000 for One Voice organization, brought out major names like Victoria Beckham, Scott Foley, Greg Kinnear, and Pete Wentz. Pete was joined by girlfriend, Meagan Camper, and son, Bronx. The trio were spotted customizing a pair of toddler-sized Hudson jeans for Bronx. Reese helped Ava and Deacon Phillippe create their own designs as well, with Ava picking out a rainbow and heart patch for a purple pair of skinny jeans.

In addition to arts and crafts, the Drybar salon was also styling hair for the little ones. Ava left with pink streaks and glitter highlights while the Beckham boys, Romeo, Brooklyn, and Cruz opted for mohawks. The Beckhams had an exciting weekend on the West Coast and across the pond. David was in London to accept a special soccer honor while Victoria went shopping with the kids and kept a close eye on the fashion happening at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

Hollywood's up-and-coming talent came together Friday night at LA's Club Nokia for the 13th annual Young Hollywood Awards. The new face of Miu Miu, Hailee Steinfeld, stepped out in a black and white ensemble from the brand to accept the breakthrough of the year honor from her True Grit costar Jeff Bridges. More statues went out to Style Icon Camilla Belle, in a Tom Ford suit, and Star of Tomorrow Armie Hammer, who caught up with his hilarious Parks and Recreation star pal Aziz Ansari. Camilla stuck close by her supposed real-life leading man, Topher Grace. Grey's Anatomy's Jesse Williams was crowned TV actor of the year, while Elle Fanning had her Somewhere director Sofia Coppola's dad, Francis, on hand to witness her film actress of the year honor. Garrett Hedlund had Midnight in Paris star Michael Sheen on hand to pass on the film actor of the year distinction, and the awardees kept the good times rolling afterward with a party. The whole show airs Thursday night on the ION channel.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz reunited yesterday in LA to spend a fun family afternoon with their young son Bronx. The trio visited the Travel Town Museum and evidently stopped off for pizza, as Pete later tweeted about burning his mouth on some hot cheese. Ashlee and Pete announced their plans to divorce in February, but have since been regularly photographed together with Bronx. They seem to be putting their differences aside for his sake, and Pete recently spoke about how they make it all work. Pete said of his split from Ashlee, "We try to make his life as easy to navigate as possible and he's growing up so it's important for everyone who loves him to be involved in his life. . . . He's a talker and he tells a lot of stories in full sentences." He and Ashlee are moving forward with their lives, as is her big sister Jessica. The Simpson family has something great to look forward to with Jessica's upcoming wedding, and she recently received even more good news — Jess was ranked as Us's Style Icon of the Year and also one of People's Most Beautiful Stars.

It was a star-studded evening at the MOCA in LA last night, as Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale, and more attended the opening of the Art in the Streets, the first major retrospective of graffiti art in the US. Gwen and Gavin are longtime supporters of the museum and its director, Jeffrey Deitch, after stepping out for another event there last Fall. Drew Barrymore and her red hair also made a cameo after she debuted the new hue Wednesday night at a book party. Other celebs like Adrian Grenier, pregnant Pink, and Christina Ricci were on hand to toast icons like Shepard Fairey and Thierry Guetta, the star of last year's documentary Exit Through the Gift Shop. Shepard and Thierry's work is represented there along with pieces by Banksy.

The guys and girls of Scream 4 assembled in LA last night to premiere their latest installment in director Wes Craven's series. Courteney Cox and David Arquette put their divorce aside to pose on the carpet with their costar Neve Campbell, who has been busy making the interview rounds to support the project over the last few weeks. Both David and Courteney, who recently visited Disney with their 6-year-old daughter Coco, also have had their fair share of press to do, including a stop at the junket where he spoke about their meeting 15 years ago, and she talked about how scary Scream is. Their red carpet was jam-packed with their many costars, including newcomers like Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, and Anthony Anderson. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz got together to take their son Bronx to Starbucks in LA this morning. The estranged couple has reunited multiple times since announcing their divorce in February. They met up on Valentine's Day and spent a weekend together earlier this month, though they've downplayed chances of a reconciliation. Pete told Ryan Seacrest that they are still best friends, and it's clear they're staying close for the sake of Bronx.

Ashlee Simpson and a shorter-haired Pete Wentz put their marital differences aside over the weekend and reunited for two fast-food runs. The duo picked up lunch from an LA In-N-Out on Saturday, then made a repeat appearance yesterday at a Taco Bell. Their time together comes shortly after Ashlee was romantically linked to one of Pete's guy friends, but it seems they've all just been longtime pals. It's been just over a month since Ashlee announced her plans to split from Pete, and in the interim she's made sure to focus on herself. Their two recent outings aren't the only times they've been together, though, as they also got together with son Bronx for a special Valentine's Day meal. There's no word on if their lunch reunions mean there may be a reconciliation in store, but we were big fans of the couple during their cute years together.
