Sheryl Crow Splashes Around in Hawaii With a Bikini and Her Boys
Sheryl Crow spent yesterday on the beach in Hawaii with her kids Levi and Wyatt, and boyfriend Doyle Bramhall II. Sheryl wore a bikini while splashing around in the ocean with her boys and chatting with friends on the sand. She just celebrated her 50th birthday this month, and in honor of the milestone, she held a Birthday Drive to raise money for The Delta Children Home. Sheryl's philanthropic outreach will continue in April, when she participates in the Country Music Marathon in support of the New Hope Academy. It will be a busy month for the star, since both of her sons were born in April. Wyatt's turning 5 and Levi turns 2 this year.
Sheryl Crow Steps Out in NYC With Her Too-Cute Boys, Wyatt and Levi
Sheryl Crow and her sons hit the streets of NYC yesterday afternoon. Wyatt helped hail a cab by throwing up his hand while Sheryl's youngest child, Levi, hung out in his mom's arms. She spent the day with her boys during a break from touring with Kid Rock, and Sheryl and boyfriend Doyle Bramhall II also enjoyed some quality time on Monday. She'll be back on stage tonight, though, for a show at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center in upstate New York. Sheryl and Kid Rock are apparently having fun traveling together since Kid joked that he's the more responsible one during a recent appearance on The Daily Show, saying, "Here comes Sheryl with the whiskey . . . and TVs out of the hotel room? I've pretty much given up all hope."
Justin Bieber Joins Keith Urban, Kid Rock, and Sheryl Crow at the CMT Music Awards
The CMT Music Awards lit up Nashville tonight with country's brightest stars coming together to celebrate music. Actress Nicole Kidman escorted her husband, Keith Urban, down the red carpet before taking their seats and chatting with Shania Twain, Justin Bieber, and the members of Sugarland. Fresh off a win at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards Justin added another statue to his trophy case, sharing the collaborative video of the year award with Rascal Flatts for "That Should Be Me." Sheryl Crow strutted onto the stage for a duet with Kid Rock and showed off her legs in a daringly short skirt before giving Kid a big embrace at the end of their performance. A few major names, and winners, were unable to make the show due to scheduling conflicts. Taylor Swift took home the win for video of the year and although she taped the show's opening skit with Shania she had to accept her statue via satellite. The Voice's Blake Shelton missed the show, but he still took home the win for best male video and best web video of the year. First time attendees American Idol winner Scotty McCreery and runner-up Lauren Alaina were welcomed with a roaring applause from the crowd before introducing Sugarland to the stage.

Sheryl Crow Tackles Her Tour With Little Fans Levi and Wyatt
Sheryl Crow carried her youngest child, Levi, at the airport in California yesterday. Her oldest, Wyatt, was close by catching a ride on a luggage cart while the group made their way through LAX. Sheryl announced the adoption of her second son in June last year after taking one final vacation with only herself and Wyatt. Her growing family hasn't slowed down her career at all, and Sheryl's currently on tour supporting her latest album, 100 Miles From Memphis. The busy mom and musician added yet another endeavor to her plate with the March release of her cookbook, If It Makes You Healthy. She's just one of many celebrities who have recently shared their kitchen skills in publications, including Gwyneth Paltrow with My Father's Daughter and Eva Longoria in Eva's Kitchen.
Celebrities That Cook: Love Them or Hate Them?
Debi Mazar. Sheryl Crow. Eva Longoria. Gwyneth Paltrow. What do these actresses have in common? They're crossing over from movies, television, and music to food. Mazar's got a show on the Cooking Channel and Crow, Longoria, and Paltrow have all come out with cookbooks in the past couple of weeks. Why are these actresses hungry to show off their skills at the chopping block? According to the Wall Street Journal it's because cooking gives the aging Hollywood female a second act.
They cite Rachael Ray as an example stating that her "earning power or star wattage" won't decline just because she's getting older — which is what generally happens to leading ladies in the film and small screen industry. Still, one can't help but wonder, can they and do they actually cook? I've yet to try any of the stars' recipes, but am curious about Paltrow and Longoria's books. I'm hoping to check them out soon. What do you think of actresses that turn into culinary personalities?
Sheryl Crow Shares Her Hollywood Hills Home With Architectural Digest
Interested in some architectural eye candy? Then make sure to check out Sheryl Crow's home, featured in the March issue of Architectural Digest. The musician's romantic Hollywood Hills estate, which sprawls over 11 acres and includes a 1926 Spanish Colonial hacienda, a 1909 Craftsman bungalow, and a picturesque 19th century cottage, is absolutely lovely, and it includes a lot of great facts about how Crow developed her home's unique look.

Sheryl Crow Has an Organic Cookbook, Due Out in March
Add rock-country musician Sheryl Crow to the growing list of celebrities-turned-cookbook-authors. Her first compendium of recipes is due out this March.
The tome, cheekily titled If It Makes You Healthy: More Than 100 Delicious Recipes Inspired by the Seasons, is cowritten by Chuck White, her personal chef who's been cooking for her ever since she was diagnosed with breast cancer. It will contain about 125 recipes, designed for Sheryl's hectic schedule, that are grouped by the seasons. Although it won't drop until March 29, it's already available for preorder on Amazon at the price of $29.99.
"I've wanted to do this for a long time," she explained in a video about the book. "I'm not that comfortable in the kitchen . . . so it's great to have recipes that even I can cook." She adds that, in addition to taste, the recipes are about "wellness, and fortifying my immune system."
The recipes — which will include the likes of mojito-braised pork and basil and apple marinated chicken — don't sound run-of-the-mill, and I'm glad that they're being cowritten by an actual chef. Will you buy this book?
