The big three from Breaking Dawn posed together for their latest sexy EW cover, which is out just in time for the movie's Friday release. Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner are currently in the homestretch promoting Breaking Dawn Part 1, including at yesterday's UK premiere and during a group interview with Ellen DeGeneres, which airs on tomorrow's show. The trio talked to EW about the highly anticipated honeymoon sex and Bella's birth scenes, both of which were apparently more graphic before they were edited down to ensure the film's PG-13 rating. We also debuted exclusive behind the scenes pictures of pregnant Bella, but nothing compares to seeing it on the big screen, even if it's a toned down version. Here are highlights from the magazine:

Kristen Stewart wore a sexy sequined Roberto Cavalli gown for the premiere of Breaking Dawn Part 1 in London today. After ditching her heels, Kristen changed into sneakers while still on the carpet! She posed with leading men Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner just days after the trio stepped out together for the film's world debut in LA. Rob and Kristen shared sweet moments at the West Coast event, which brought out thousands of fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the Twilight stars. Rob stopped to sign autographs for a few lucky ladies on his way to the afterparty, where Taylor, Kristen, Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz, and more let loose to celebrate the film.

The Breaking Dawn Part 1 cast is in full press mode ahead of the movie's release in just two days. Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, and Nikki Reed are currently promoting the project in NYC while their costars are overseas. The fun will continue on Friday when Rob, Kristen, and Taylor's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show airs just in time for the fourth installment of the series to hit theaters.

Kristen Stewart had all eyes on her — and the daringly high slit in her J. Mendel dress, which showed off lots of leg — at the premiere of Breaking Dawn Part 1, which took place at the Nokia Theater in LA on Monday evening. Kristen stuck close to her on- and offscreen main man. Robert Pattinson, to pose for photos, and they also joined up with the third arm of their love Twilight triangle, Taylor Lautner. Kristen sported hot peep-toes for the start of the black carpet, though she had to trade them in for sneakers halfway through.

Kristen chatted with us about envisioning the Breaking Dawn wedding "a million times" before finally putting on the highly anticipated gown while Robert says that the "I dos" were nothing compared to how "scary" it was to become an onscreen dad. Robert and Kristen may have already seen Edward and Bella's nuptials on the big screen, but many of their costars expressed excitement over finally getting to watch the film for the first time. The Breaking Dawn Part 1 gang reconvened for an afterparty in LA last night following their big LA premiere. Taylor Lautner, Peter Facinelli, Jackson Rathbone, and Kellan Lutz horsed around with series creator Stephenie Meyer, as well as leading lady Elizabeth Reaser. The bash was conveniently held at the Nokia Theater, where all the fun had gone down prior to the screening. It seemed all the stars were in a great mood, and Kellan was effervescent when we caught him on the carpet and he gushed about all the opportunities Twilight has given him.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were cute on the red carpet, but they evidently skipped the bash. She looked amazing in a high-slitted J. Mendel gown and spoke with us about the amazing Carolina Herrera dress she gets to wear as Bella Swan. She said, "I was very relieved to love it as soon as I put it on." Robert, meanwhile, said the thing he'll miss most about Edward Cullen is the opportunity to work with his castmates. He said, "I've grown up with them, so it's like leaving school. You might not necessarily see anyone again!"

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, in a Longchamp sweater, could hardly contain their affection yesterday at a Breaking Dawn Part 1 fan event in LA. The couple were next to each other for a sweet group hug, and they were also seen sharing sideways glances while answering questions from the crowd. Kristen and Robert are getting used to fielding questions about their work in the Twilight series, since the last few days have been chock-full of interviews. We snagged some time with them at Friday's junket, where Kristen said Rob's kind of helped with her British accent for Snow White and the Huntsman! Meanwhile, Robert was surprised his dog has a Twitter account and joked that Bear's not really allowed to use the Internet.

It's a big day for Twilight fans — Robert, Kristen, and Taylor's handprints were laid down in cement outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre this morning! While Rob and Taylor were in suits, Kristen sparkled in a Marios Schwab dress. The heat was a little much for Rob, who joked that he wished he'd remembered the LA temperatures and picked a different outfit. Jimmy Kimmel introduced the trio, getting some hopes up by saying Taylor would also put his abs into the cement! Along with plenty of fans in the crowd, Rob's parents were on hand to witness the ceremony as well.

It was a major milestone for the three leads in the franchise, who will all be busy in the coming weeks in the run-up to Breaking Dawn Part 1's release on Nov. 18. Robert and Taylor have already started making the late night talk show rounds, with Robert visiting Jimmy Kimmel Live and Taylor doing The Tonight Show just yesterday. Robert also linked up with Ashley Greene for a couple of early premieres in Europe last week.

Now that Robert, Kristen, and Taylor have reunited for their final press push, all eyes will be on Mr. Pattinson and Ms. Stewart for any signs of affection. Kristen finally admitted to their relationship in an interview in GQ UK, saying, "So much of my life is so easily Googled. I mean, it’s like, come on guys, it’s so obvious . . . It’s just one of those things. I’m selfish. I’m like, 'That’s mine!' And I like to keep whatever is mine remaining that way." With only one more movie to come in the franchise, these will be among the last photocalls and screenings Robert, Kristen, and Taylor do with their many cast mates.
