Beauty terms and slang dominate our daily conversations and vocabulary to the point that "on fleek" has become one of our most commonly uttered phrases. Our friends at MIMI coined some acronyms that express our souls to perfection.
We're all guilty of overusing this generation's slang words. Acronyms have become a way of life, just like emoji and avocado toast. But rather than take each abbreviation at face value, we decided to reconfigure their definitions to better fit our lifestyle.
As beauty-obsessed editors, it's only natural that terms referring to products, skin care, and manicures are engrained in our daily vernacular. With that in mind, we coined our own acronyms to express our makeup-loving souls.
