"Pedicure Pantyhose" Is the Pinnacle of Beauty-Girl Laziness

Even though I make it a point to get pedicures as frequently as possible, sometimes I stretch a paint job out way past its expiration date. I'll trim my toenails, and then I'll just slap a closely hued polish on top to touch up. If you were to tell me that you have never done this, I refuse to believe you. No one is that perfect. (If you actually are, I'm jealous.)

For those of you who revel in laziness like I do but have a penchant for pedicure nail art, there's a trend coming out of Japan that was designed just for you. Retailer Belle Maison is selling a line of ultrasheer pantyhose that features individual toes — and each one is topped with a fake nail. Ringing in at about $15 per pair, the designs range from mermaid-inspired looks to Disney motifs and look shockingly realistic on the foot.

To be perfectly frank, I can't decide if I find these tights to be the pinnacle of lazy perfection or if they're a sign we've hit rock bottom as a society. But I do know that I'd probably wear them in a pinch. The only thing hindering me from ordering these masterpieces is the fact that I don't read Japanese. See some of the best styles when you read on.
