Mindy Kaling Went From Long Hair to a Bob For the Oscars Afterparty

Mindy Kaling is the latest star to debut a masterful hair transformation — only this time, she had two in one night. The actor attended the 2023 Oscars red carpet on Sunday, March 12 wearing a stunning white dress, supermodel nails, and long hair that cascaded down her back in a half-up-half-down style. While we loved her initial look, she didn't keep it for long.

At some point in between the red carpet and the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, Kaling seemed to have chopped her hair into a bob haircut. (That, or she took out her extra-long extensions.)
