Is Crystal Ball Frappuccino Hair a Trend Waiting to Happen? Let's Consult Our Fortune Teller

At this point, we can confidently say Starbucks is an internet whisperer. With each viral beverage and eye-catching concoction, the coffee chain manages to consume the internet even if just for a few days. Starbucks recently managed to replicate its Unicorn Frappuccino craze with the Crystal Ball Frappuccino — a variation that's just as pretty, but with a decidedly better taste. Could the colorful drink even inspire a new hair color trend? It's not entirely out of the question.

Following the launch of the Crystal Ball Frappuccino, Starbucks barista Maggie Dolechek shared a selfie with the drink to illustrate how it matched with her hair. What's more, she said her hair color last year also happened to match with the Unicorn Frappuccino! Maggie wrote on Reddit, "Not intentional at all actually, but pretty cool right?" In case you were wondering, she is a fan of the new flavor. Maggie described it to POPSUGAR as a "really fun play on peaches and cream" and "super yummy and cute!"

In all honesty, we wouldn't be shocked if this ended up becoming a larger hair color trend. It wouldn't be the first time it happened! Bright hair inspired by the Unicorn Frappuccino was a thing at one point, as well as less permanent — yet still very elaborate — nail art inspired by the drink.

Though it seems like no one else has yet to follow this barista's lead and transform it into a full-fledged trend, only time will tell if others catch on — that, or a crystal ball.
